We’re delighted to be recruiting for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Support Coordinator to join our Farnham based clients.
As a Customer Support Coordinator you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, processing orders and quotations within the ERP system, and ensuring every interaction is handled promptly and professionally. You’ll keep customers updated throughout the order cycle, coordinate with Operations and Logistics to ensure smooth fulfilment, and support after-sales and invoicing queries alongside Finance.
Salary £26.5K+ pension, on-site parking

This is a varied, hands-on role, so flexibility is key. You may occasionally support with picking and packing stock during busy periods, as well as assist the Marketing team or wider special projects when needed.
